My wife & I recently went with Justin for three
days on Lake Toho and the Butler Chain of lakes. In spite of
the heat, we did full day trips and we did very well. There
weren't any pre-spawn hogs caught, but over 6-1/2 , 6 and 5-1/2
pounders were caught with a couple of larger ones hooked up. Those
were the larger ones. We lost count of the 3 and under class fish
caught. I have fished Fork several times and never have had
the success we had at Toho. Toho is definitely the spot for
the opportunity of a large "bucketmouth", but the Butler chain is
a must-do. The quantity of fish you can catch will definitely wear
you out and the scenery will be a nice change of pace.
Justin's knowledge of the lakes and his ability to locate fish was
a pleasant surprise to us. Unlike some guides who prefer to give
you a "tour"
of the lake looking for fish, Justin kept travel to a minimum,
giving us plenty of time to fish an area and we were successful at
each area we fished. I haven't confirmed any plans yet, but,
I do want to return and fish Toho again. When I do, I will contact
Justin first. Hopefully, he won't be booked up. Give him a
try - Whether you're an experienced angler or a novice, Justin
will make your trip a trip you'll not soon forget.

Hey guys,
If anyone is looking to have a great time on a fishing trip, these
are the guys to go to. From the time that I first E-mailed to set
up the trip, I knew I made the right decision. I have never
chartered a trip before. Now, I am almost afraid to book a trip
with anyone else. Between their knowledge of how to catch the fish
and their personalities, you can't go wrong.
We didn't catch a ton of fish, but we did get one almost 6 lbs. (I
have no desire to go fishing in Pennsylvania anymore.) And we had
fun catching other fish, too. Considering it was 90+ degrees that
day. We still got a lot of action. We had so much fun that day as
soon as we got back to our hotel and called to see if we could go
out again the next day. Justin changed his plans and did the next
day for us. And we had as much that day as well.
I can't say enough about these guys. They are great. So, if you
want to have a great time give them a call. We will probably be
seeing them next spring when it's a little cooler.
Take care and keep doing what you're doing. We'll definitely see
you again.
Thanks,
Stephanie Dincau

"Since the 1990s I've
booked over a dozen trips with these guys, from Okeechobee to
Toho', the 'Glades and the Butler chain. I've found their
personality and expertise to be outstanding. They always seem
to know where the fish are and how to get them biting. I've
been lucky enough to land at least one 7+ each trip (except
once, in bad weather - but I got a 6-10), and I and a friend
were aboard when we boated 182 bass in 7 hours. No joke. I've
booked guided fishing trips in several States and Canada, and I
honestly have not, and never will, find a better guide service.
That's why I keep coming back every single year."
Sincerly,
Guy Krogh
